Automotive Financing Systems is SaaS (Software As A Service) web-based platform that includes a suite of tools specifically created for car dealers, small banks and other lending institutions that collect consumer information relating to automotive financing. The system includes multiple forms, built-in leads manager, website manager and other functionality that give users complete control over their auto credit website.

USAGE EXAMPLE

After creating a Business Account and successfully completing the sign-up process, AutoFinSys will automatically generate a customized web link that you can embed into your website or masked with your own domain name. For example, you can register "MyTesting123AutoCredit.com" and then mask it at the Registrar. When users type your domain, it will show your AutoFinSys site.

SECURE LEADS COLLECTION

The main objective of using AutoFinSys is to "collect" customer information as credit leads. All data collection at your website which include sensitive user information is processed via our 256-Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server, so the transmitted information is 100% secure. AutoFinSys also has a built-in leads manager where you can track all leads.

The AutoFinSys platform also helps you manage affiliates (e.g. banks, dealerships, etc.). It has a documents section where you can upload documents for download by your customers and affiliates. As an advanced web-platform, AutoFinSys gives you the ability to manage a front-end and back-end website; password-protected elements, and much more.

HOW TO SIGN-UP FOR AUTOFINSYS

To sign-up for AutoFinSys, follow the instructions on the "Create New Business Account" section. The process is 100% automated wherein you create your login, setup your account, customize your website (upload images, add text, change templates), manage your leads (set leads destination, set XML ADF 1.0), and complete all other steps on your own. This gives you full control over your auto credit network.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

To cancel your AutoFinSys business account, login to the system and follow the ''How to Terminate My Account'' instructions under the PAYMENT link. You can cancel at anytime you wish. AutoFinSys is offered on a month-to-month basis. All charges for current month are non-refundable.

NON-PAYMENT ACCOUNT TERMINATION

The system will attempt to collect payment every month on the day of the month you signed-up. If your card-on-file does not work, the system will attempt again in 24 hours. If the card still rejects, your account will be automatically terminated.

HOW TO REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT

A $150 re-activation fee applies to all newly terminated accounts. Login and update your Paycard accordingly. Accounts that have been canceled, for any reason, for more than 30 days are no longer guaranteed be on the system. In that case, you will need to create a brand new account.
